ManagementWhen the husband and wife team of David and Eldonna Rossiter first purchased the controls division of Energy Management Corporation and organized Utah Controls Inc in 1991 they did not know that it would lead to the largest system integrator company in the West. Responsible for the company's day to day management, they understood that any business owed its success to the sum of its employees and resources, and Utah-Yamas Controls was no exception.

This attitude would allow them to grow their company in annual volume of sales to over $20 million and increasing their employee base to over 110 full time employees. This top of the line group of employees and customer driven attitude allowed the company to become the largest TAC Partner in the United States (TAC is an international leader in cutting edge Building Automation Technologies). Utah-Yamas Controls now serves Utah, Idaho and Wyoming from three different offices located in Utah and Idaho.
